This LULU SOFTWARE Privacy Policy may occasionally change. Any Policy changes will be posted on www.lulusoftware.com (together with sites published by LULU SOFTWARE, the "Site"). Each version of this policy will be denoted at the top of this page by its effective date.

We, at LULU SOFTWARE, respect your right to privacy and we are committed to protecting it. This statement discloses the information that we gather and track, how we use the information, and with whom we share this same information.

Personal Information

If you choose to buy from the Site, we ask you to provide basic information such as your First Name, Last Name and e¬mail address. Transaction information such as credit card details, billing addresses and/or phone numbers are required to purchase and activate your membership or obtain a software license to our software; we will share that information with third parties to process any payment that you may make to us. Information from Sources Other than Yourself

We may, on occasion, use data on deceased individuals in collaboration with other entities to facilitate in genealogical research and collaboration between parties, and allowing all users of the Site the opportunity to expand their own genealogical research. We will not charge any users to use this information. We will not disclose any confidential information concerning yourself or our connection to these deceased individuals; instead, we will associate your LULU SOFTWARE login ID with such information.

Statistics and Contests
